This Luminhaus modern prefab house design projects, a Rocio Romero prefabricated home design is a modern family retreat located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Amherst, Virginia.
With the help of friends and family, Jennifer Watson and Barry Bless purchased this prefab kit home for approx. $99,000, and by acting as their own general contractors they did a lot of the construction labor themselves.

Oh, so the family made some additional improvement on the house. A retreat home, nice idea. Although the location is not to my preference. I love it when it's not in the middle of the trees.
