About Konyk Architecture :
Konyk Architecture designs futuristic, high-tech prefabricated homes. The designs utilize steel "uni-body" frames, structural panels and lots of insulated glass to form super-modern, sleek living spaces. The homes are fabricated and delivered fully equipped with high-end appliances, fixtures and mechanicals.

With options ranging from power windows to home theater entertainment packages, the UP!house is an attempt to make the purchase of the single family house more akin to that of the latest model Jetta.






















The UP!house was commissioned for dwell magazine’s dwell home invitational of April 2003.
