The sculptural mass of the black-washed wood exterior contrasts with the lightness of its interior, which features walls and floors of white-painted pine. The largest floor plan offers 2,368 square feet of space: it includes two full baths and two bedrooms on the lower level, with a master suite and multipurpose space occupying the lofted second level in addition to a separate laundry room and sauna.
Base pricing ranges between $300,000 and $370,000. Pinc was awarded the prestigious Red Dot Design Prize in 2005 from Design Zentnum in Germany for best achievement in the category of architecture and design.
